They never realize that their children are already obese or overweight. Here, I am not blaming mothers love and care, but I am just from where the obesity begins.

Don’t shed tears for the unknown
For they only hold vivid imaginations.
Don’t reminisce in the past,
It only reflects the time gone by.
Let’s learn to live in the present,
A reality we ought to embrace.
The sun offers its warmth,
The trees its’ cool breeze,
The rich offer their wealth
While only the poor offer their heart and soul.
Poor in riches, rich in love,

Let’s wake up women and move forward.
Let’s, fight for our rights and freedom,
Be the change makers we aspire to be.
Move beyond the walls of our home,
And seek more than the kitchen smoke.
Let us, break out of our boundary and hiding shell,
And do what the lawmakers haven’t been able to do.
Let us, see ourselves for the wonder women we are,
Able to bash the wrong doers and abusers.
Come women, be the writers of laws, freeing men,
From the chains of alcohol, cards and betel.
Let us unite and carry ourselves forward,
And be the phenomenal women we each are.
