Her mother’s hand got severely injured during the earthquake and her father is busy with his office, so she has taken all the responsibility of home. Usually at leisure, she likes listening to music and watching T.V. She wants to become accountant in future, but would continue to be a social activist. She believes that her confident and motivation towards social service will help her keep facing challenges in life.

She also wishes to go to Australia to persue her higher education. She saw many suffering at her village due to earthquake and so wants to become a nurse when she grows up. Her father is a labor migrant, but still taking good care of their family. She wants to be a hard working person like her father. She spends most of her time playing at school, but wants to control that habit and start focusing more in her study.

Dr. Madhavi Singh Shah is a Professor of Economics and Former Head of Central Department of Economics, Tribhuvan University. Currently, she is chairing a research oriented social organization 'Rahat', a focal point of International alliance for Human Responsibilities /AR21. She is affiliated with various academic institutions and social organizations. Her Area of specialization is Gender and Development. Her Ph.D. thesis on 'Problems and Prospects of Female Industrial Workers in Urban Centers' enabled her to scrutinize the narrow access and deprivation of women in the economy. In fact, her Ph.D. thesis on female industrial workers is yet another brick on the foundation that she has laid in course of her endeavor to contribute in the sector of women's right. Shyam Sunder Chaudhary completed his PHD from Singhania University, Rajasthan, India on Social Inclusion in Civil Service through Public Service Commission Nepal, and holds M. A. in Sociology from Tri-Chandra College, Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu. Mr. Chaudhary has over 16 years of experience in academic sector, and is currently the Principal of Silkroad International College in Nepal, which has enriched his expertise on teaching-learning attitude and psychology of adolescents and young people which is imperative in designing beneficiary partnered innovative programs with young people. Prabin Karki, studying Bachelor in Public Health in Maharajgunj Medical Campus, Institute of Medicine (IOM), is a dynamic and energetic person. He joined public health after completing +2 from Morgan International College with the aim of working in public health sector. In short period of time, after joining undergraduate, he has been exposed to various program on health sectors as well as social sectors. He has involved himself in various workshops regarding women issues like HIV/AIDS, Safe abortion, uterine prolapse conducted by various organizations like YUWA, Nepal Public Health Students’ Society (NPHSS), Physician for Social Responsibility Nepal(PSRN) and Youth Champions Advocacy Network (YCAN). He is member of the NPHSS and recently has been working as SARATHI in VISIBLE IMPACT. With vision to bring positive changes in the health of the common people, he has been striving hard to achieve the milestones. Pratima Karki, 22 years, final year public health student at central institute of science and technology(CIST). She is proud to have been involved in the field of social upliftment and public health issues. “I choose this because I strongly believe that working through the root is how one can modify and truly affect the misbeliefs and traditions of the society,” Pratima says. Recently she is volunteering in visible impact and also an active member of SARATHI- No Shame to Bleed Campaign. She is interested in promoting empowerment in health matters through education and training, thus integrating healthy behavior, hence empowering community people to take responsibility for their own health and wellbeing. Roshan Neupane, 22 is highly innovative, dynamic and enthusiastic final semester student of Bachelor in Public Health at School of Health and Allied Sciences, Pokhara University. He is always ready to shoulders responsibilities, however complex they are, to accomplish duty in time who always follow time motto “together each achieve more”. Barsha Yogi, 20, a girl with full of positive vibes and enthusiasm struggling to uplift the living standard of the vulnerable people. She is currently pursuing her Bachelors in Public Health (BPH) from ManMohan Memorial Institute of Health Sciences. Her interest is to minimize the gap between haves and haves not and also to eradicate the child and elderly labor. She is an active member of 'We for Change' a youth lead organization and actively involved in taking session about HIV and AIDS to transportation workers of Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Lalitpur district to eliminate social stigma and clear misconceptions about STIs and manage unhealthy sexual behavior. Since her birth in Sunsari and years spent in Basundhara Kathmandu she has set her goals which were nothing less than her grandest dreams. She is currently pursuing Bachelors in Public Health at CIST College. She actively participates in various health awareness programs, advocating menstrual health. Former NCC cadet, Executive member of Public health students association Nepal (cist), has voluntary involvement in various NGOs. She also has conducted speaking and leadership sessions. “Don’t let yourself die before your heart”, and “Better to regret by doing, than to regret for not doing”, is what she believes.
Nirmal Poudel, 19 is young, energetic, optimistic and curious student of Bachelors in Public Health in Institute of Medicine (IOM), MMC .Besides the academic qualification he is interested in traveling, book reading, painting, dancing, and many more adventurous games. He is equally active in social work and aims to make some positive change in the community and as a whole in the country. He has participated in “Third National Summit of Health and Population Scientist in Nepal” organized by Nepal Health Research Council (NHRC), International Conference on Child Health and Development in 2017 Conducted by Action Against Hunger (ACF), Workshop on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights, and Workshop on Cyber-Crime, Conducted by YUWA, Coordinator – World TB Day 2017 Conducted by Nepal Public Health Students' Society, Maharajgunj Medical Campus, Institute of Medicine, and he has volunteered in national review on plan and policy 2017,conducted by ministry of Health ( MOH). He is an active member of Nepal Public Health Students’ Society (NPHSS) and due to his keen interest in social work he is being working as vice president at Rotaract club of Maharajgung Medical Campus. He believes that “To keep the body in good health is a duty otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear”.
Kiran Paudel, 19 is a hardworking and dedicated individual. He is originally from Baglung and is currently pursuing his bachelor’s degree in the field of Public Health from Maharajgunj Medical Campus, IOM. He believes success lies in limitless efforts that we put forward in reaching our destination. He always had keen interest in public service and welfare and that's the reason why he applied for membership of visible impact. He also feels that individually one might not be able to make a change but when together it is possible. And hopefully, we can support to build a healthy society.
