Sex, is such a big word, right? Suppose you and your friend are traveling in a local bus in Nepal. You are having a conversation about sex, in a very low voice. But suddenly you say the word ‘Sex’, a bit loudly or in a voice audible to other passengers. What do you think the scenario will be like? Shameful? Embarrassing? As I was tasked with conducting a menstrual health and hygiene management session for persons with disabilities this year, I couldn't help but feel a mix of excitement and uncertainty. The complexity of interacting with this diverse group compelled me to reflect on the importance of addressing their unique challenges.
