I was given a responsibility to conduct workshops on topic menstrual health and hygiene management in school setting this year. I was really excited about the opportunity to conduct workshops and interact with diverse groups of individuals. To commence, I mapped out potential schools for me to conduct workshops that also were easy for me to reach from my place. I reached out to many schools to communicate and brief the school authority about the workshop theme and the topics to be included during the session.

Kechana: Unveiling Nepal's Hidden Gem

To me, Jhapa, Nepal has always been like an old friend, or rather an embrace. As a child, I used to spend the majority of my days off from the school in the lush embrace of its seemingly endless landscapes, convinced that I have roamed its every hidden path and uncovered all its secrets. And then, during my second year of college, I distinctly heard a whisper of a tale of a hidden wonder – Kechana, known as the lowest point in Nepal, embedded in the southeastern corner of the district. For some unexplainable reason, just the knowledge of the element’s existence lit a fire in me, triggering a burning desire to uncover its secrets.

Two friends, Aarav, and Pranav were chatting over a cup of tea after college as Aarav waited for his sister to pick him up. In a meanwhile, Aarav’s sister called him and asked him to stay standby as she left her office and is on her way to pick him up. Pranav always had this thought on how responsible Aarav’s sister is and how gracefully she has been taking up all the family responsibilities after their father passed away few years ago. After a little pause in their talk, Pranav again started the conversation….

From Confusion to Understanding: Sanju's Journey to Adulthood

On a typical school morning, Sanju found herself in a rush to get to her classroom as she had her final exam of the year. Wearing her school uniform, she realized she was running behind schedule. Upon reaching the classroom, her teacher gave her a look. Hastily, she collected her answer sheet and question paper before taking her seat.
As Sanju glanced at the question paper, a wave of relief washed over her. She had prepared for the exact questions being asked.
