Most women go through the natural process of menstruation once a month. Every girl and woman who has periods need menstruation supplies such as sanitary pads, tampons, menstrual cups, and period underwear. As I was tasked with conducting a menstrual health and hygiene management session for persons with disabilities this year, I couldn't help but feel a mix of excitement and uncertainty. The complexity of interacting with this diverse group compelled me to reflect on the importance of addressing their unique challenges. After five years, I encountered a familiar face in my first-year Bachelor's class. He had grown taller and appeared more mature. He was no longer the shy guy among boys or the mean, arrogant person around girls. His eyes exuded friendliness, and he seemed genuinely pleased to see me.
