"WOMEN EMPOWERMENT IS THE KEY!"
I believe if it wouldn’t have been a woman who had shrunken herself into the shell of four walls and a door taking care of everything and everyone, the world probably wouldn’t have reached the point where it is, for now, a man barely would have been able to make himself known to the world the way he does and the world totally would have been a jungle of a mess.
Though having such a significant role, women's contribution to the development of a family, a nation, and an entire world has been undermined, unseen, and unheard of as the contribution never found its way to be measured in the form of rupees or dollars. She yet is considered secondary, treated less in everything she gets involved in, barely has access to the resources, and mostly is the victim of undeserving violence. The vicious cycle of harming a woman physically and mentally started right after the woman’s responsibility of making a good home was mistaken by dependency and this cycle with a great spin can only be broken by WOMEN’s EMPOWERMENT.
Empowerment has so much to do with a woman’s life, health and priorities. It develops the sense of self-worthiness, enhances the reach to opportunities, develops the power to make decisions, influences choices, and strengthens a woman to exercise every right the nation has granted for her welfare. It bridges a woman to the path of self-reliance and fuels her with the energy to roar for what she deserves the most. It has the power to ignite undermined, unseen and unheard contributions of women in the development of family and the entire world. Thus, EMPOWERMENT is the key to every locked barrier that hinders women's growth and development.
WOMEN’s EMPOWERMENT alone cannot be achieved by women all around the world. A collective effort of a community, a family, and a woman herself are necessary to undergo this process of growth and development. A community must ensure that a woman has access to every resource that empowers her, a family must create a supportive environment for a woman to be empowered, and a woman herself must have a strong urge to get empowered. Only the integration of efforts from all these key actors can ensure WOMEN’s EMPOWERMENT!!
