Most women go through the natural process of menstruation once a month. Every girl and woman who has periods need menstruation supplies such as sanitary pads, tampons, menstrual cups, and period underwear. These things may be essential, but the price that goes along with them is actually quite hefty. Women fight a war against the cost of menstruation all over the world. Not only is there a financial hardship associated with buying menstrual products, but there is also a shortage of access to those products.

Many women are forced to choose between buying food or buying menstrual products. This is especially true for those who live in areas where menstrual products are not considered a basic necessity and are therefore taxed. The added tax on these products serves to make them more expensive and difficult to access.

Women also have to fight the fight against reproductive justice. The battle for menstrual product education falls within this category. Many people lack access to information about the various available product kinds or how to utilize them appropriately. People use things incorrectly or not at all due to the high cost and lack of education. Women were less productive because of bad menstrual hygiene and low motivation. Furthermore, this disregard for menstrual hygiene might result in health issues including infections or even infertility.

It is clear that the cost associated with menstruation should not be ignored, and further efforts must be made to reduce its economic burden on women around the world. The solution must consider both the economic aspects as well as the health-related issues associated with menstruation costs.

In conclusion, free or low-cost menstrual products in schools, and public restrooms should be made available. This can help to ensure that everyone has access to the products they need to manage their menstrual cycles. Additionally, education on menstrual products should be included in the curriculum and made more widely available to ensure that everyone has access to accurate information.
