There are several barriers an adolescent girl faces while joining and completing her schooling. There are different types of assets she needs to build to ensure that she can retain in school. Right from bringing in the tuition fee and school materials, to ensuring proper school facility to retain her during menstruation, to providing her the support and confidence to achieve in difficult subjects like Science, Maths and English, to convincing her parents to invest in her education and other needs, to developing her confidence, leadership and co-curriculars.... The way is long, but we can reach there together
