"Visim at Women Deliver"
Three members of Visible Impact attended Women Deliver Conference 2O16 at Copenhagen, Denmark from May 16-19, 2O16. Ms. Medha Sharma ,President and CEO of Visim; Ms. Sharmila Acharya, Program Associate of Solutions and Impact section; and Mr. Tara Ballav Adhikari; Co-founder of Visim attended the conference.
Ms. Sharma is also the youth scholar of the conference, and also attended the Youth Pre Conference. She shares "This conference came timely for Visim to network with various national and international organizations, and update ourselves on the issues of women and girls globally"
The core issue of Visim is girls and women championship. This conference was an exposure to Visim team to identify best practices and models for girls and women centered programming. Through discussion at various plenaries, breakout sessions and side events, visim team were able to show their presence at the conference.
A sharing session was also organized at the office after the conference.
