Visible impact conducted two days TOT on menstrual health management to the ten selected sarathi members, age group of 19- 23.These selected trainers (6 girls and 4 boys) were trained in youth friendly approach, upgrading their training skills as well as the knowledge and skills regarding the menstrual health management.
TOT mainly focused on basic training skills required for every trainer and the contents on menstrual health management which include stages of puberty and changes, female reproductive part, ways to maintain hygiene during menstruation, ways to minimize the complications and so on through tools and techniques designed by visible impact.
On further, sarathi members are committed to transfer their knowledge and skills among adolescents for upcoming six months. TOT ended with making work plan for further training and task to conduct.
