To mark the Menstrual Hygiene Day 2017, Visible Impact organized an inter school convention, with the theme of Education about Menstruation changes everything! The program consisted of panel discussion and interschool speech competition.
The panel consisted of Prof. Dr. Archana Amatya -
Gynaecologist and Obstetrician at TUTH; Dr Poonam Nepal, Nardevi Ayurvedic Hospital; Ms. Devi Acharya, PWLD activist; Mr. Amit Timilsina - Youth Activist and President of YUWA and Ms. Medha Sharma, Girls and women activitst and President of Visible Impact.
The speech competition was conducted among 8 schools of Kathmandu valley.
The program was supported by Safety Sanitary Pads and Janata Media Network was the media partner.
