"Girls busy at goal setting "
Visible impact conducted one day workshop on Career counselling to the social champions of kharanitar, Nuwakot. Expectation mapping on the various goals of girls was done on earlier workshop.
On regards of which visible impact identified various resource persons of different profession within community of kharanitar. Resource person from various profession i.e. Doctor, engineer, Taekwondo, Teacher, police nurse and ANM were invited on the workshop and each of them delivered knowledge and inspiration of their profession and way to reach there.
Participants were highly motivated through the resource person and they got chance to ask their question regarding their chosen aim. Program ended with making “future ladder”.i.e Tools to structure the Goal setting process with various strategies. Girls are busy at goal setting these days.
